Terms of Trade: Course Contract

1. The registration to a class entitles the participant (herewith called pupil) to stay at the school premises as well as to use the school equipment during the class, one hour before and one hour after. The registration to a class is personal and not transferable. The pupil is liable for all damages to the school premises and/or school material caused by him or her.

2. Not attending a class does not entitle a pupil to a reduction of the course fee. If operating interrupts caused by the school or by other than human last more than than one (1) week occur, the classes concerned can be extended accordingly. The pupil can not claim to get his or her course fee back after having attended a lesson.

3. The use of the school premises as well as the school equipment takes place on the pupil's own risk and danger. Rinaku Broomstick's Broomriding School expressly takes no liability for damage at accidents, injuries and/or diseases. The liability for Rinaku Broomstick's teaching staff is regulated in their work contract. The school is not liable for of valuable objects lost in the premises of Rinaku Broomstick's Broomriding School.

4. Contract interruptions caused by the pupil (holidays, healing time after self accidents) are not restituted. Interruptions as consequence of of the pupil's illness, accident and/or foreign stay are individually regulated after previous arrangement. A possible charge takes place only in form of a time credit during a renewed course registration.

5. The pupil is obliged to keep the house regulation and to follow the instructions of Rinaku Broomstick's teaching staff. A copy of the house regulation is attached in the school entrances. Possible changes and/or additions are communicated regularly at the School's Black Board. In case of offences against the house regulation, Rinaku Broomstick's Broomriding School is justified to quit the contract with the pupil with immediate effect and to forbid him or her to attend any further courses. A claim for restitution is impossible. In case of serious disturbance of the class, no reminding period is necessary.

6. If a pupil causes another broomrider's accident deliberately, Rinaku Broomstick's Broomriding School has the right according to the IBRA to confiscate his or her broom equipment and to expel him or her from the school immediately.

7. The only valid currency between Rinaku Broomstick's Broomriding School or Equipment Shop and his pupils / customers are Wizarding Dollars (W$), the only way of payment is cash. The careful use of school equipment during the classes or in trainings is free. Exclusive area of jurisdiction is the seat of Rinaku Broomstick's Broomriding School, exclusive juridical instances are iBa and AIDBV.
